* SPACE USE AGREEMENTS*

Make space requests for date, time, and specific rooms, at least one week prior to use. Many groups utilize this community space, and there may be multiple groups in the CoLab simultaneously. Only the 5 rooms marked Kinfolk CoLab are available for use. Contact us at connect@kinfolkcolab.org!

When leaving, please close all doors, turn off small appliances, and turn off lights in rooms and hallway. Remove rubbish, sweep & vacuumed and wipe down as necessary to ensure the room is ready for next group that also uses the space. Please ensure garbage goes into GREEN bins in the alley.

This is a shared, intentional community space and items in the space are for sharing as well. Kinfolk CoLab is not responsible for personal, or group belongings left behind in the rooms. There must be an adult present on-site for all youth gatherings, who maintains open communication with the CoLab throughout the time of use.

Alcohol, drugs, vaping, and impairment in general are not permitted in the building or on the grounds, to provide a safe environment, and to be in solidarity with people striving for sobriety. Kinfolk CoLab and Euclid church are not responsible for any harm resulting from breach of this agreement.

Kinfolk CoLab is rented in a building that serves as a place of worship, meditation, and solace for many groups. Please consider this as you enter, use, and exit the space. If you think you may need to make more noise than typical, such as using microphones and amps, please let us know ahead of time so that we can make arrangements with other groups.

Realizar solicitudes de espacio para fecha, hora y salas específicas, al menos una semana antes de su uso. Muchos grupos utilizan este espacio comunitario y puede haber varios grupos en el CoLab simultáneamente. No se permiten alcohol, drogas, vapeo ni discapacidad en general en el edificio o en los terrenos, para brindar un ambiente seguro y ser solidarios con las personas que luchan por la sobriedad.

Kinfolk CoLab y la iglesia Euclid no son responsables de ningún daño resultante del incumplimiento de este acuerdo. Kinfolk CoLab se alquila en un edificio que sirve como lugar de adoración, meditación y consuelo para muchos grupos. Considere esto al entrar, usar y salir del espacio. Si cree que puede necesitar hacer más ruido de lo habitual, como usar micrófonos y amplificadores, infórmenos con anticipación para que podamos hacer arreglos con otros grupos.
